Had to jump through way to many hoops and still had issues the day of closing. Now that the loan is finalized it has transferred through 3 companies under their umbrella and the loan number keeps changing making it difficult to make payments. Speaking of payments this is the only modern company that does not have an easy way to make online payments. Seems like every month I get upset all over again logging in to pay my mortgage.
My husband and I worked with Jennifer Fairfield + team to purchase our first home. It was an amazing experience! They walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and made the process a breeze. We couldn’t recommend working with Jennifer enough!
Worked with the branch located in Greenwood Village and after nearly 4 months, they could not close a straightforward refi, so I pulled my application. They are very disorganized. Very poor communication skills from the branch manager/VP of mortgage lending I worked with there. I had to chase him for information and he was consistently late on following up with my questions. I am in the process of working with Guaranteed Rate on a home loan. As part of this process Meghan Dyer from the team mentioned that she could help in shopping for the best home insurance rates. She made the process SO EASY, was responsive (very quick), and answered all of my questions (there were a lot since I am not familiar with this stuff). Jason Staudinger with Guaranteed Rate was absolutely amazing in helping us refinance our home.
