It seems like they are continuously looking for ways to harass their customers. It took months to get a PMI issue sorted out. They send me letters requesting unrelated documents quite often. My husband and I had what could quite possibly be considered the worst buying experience ever with **** at GRA. They dragged their feet for two whole months only to have the lender pull out two days before closing, We reached out to the lenders directly and were told they hadn't even received the underwriting documents until two weeks before closing. Our original financing with Fidelity Direct Mortgage fell through two weeks after we had a contract accepted on a house, our loan was a jumbo loan so a lot of escrow money was on the table to loose. My parents then referred us to Guaranteed Rate Affinity who had just completed their refinance in October of 2021. Guarantee Rate in ******* - ****** is shady. When comparing rates with various lenders you as the consumer are entitled to receive an official Loan Estimate from lenders within 3 business days of them receiving all your documentation.
