Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. This company wasted my time and money. Right before I was ready to close and final approval they said that my home was a rental and I wasn’t living there. Matt Mallon and his team made my house buying experience smooth and fast. I was able to turn in all paperwork electronically which was super convenient and Matt is always quickly responsive to any question or concern about the process. Matt also helped give advice in the beginning to get my credit where it needed to be to start the process. He is also very experienced in grants and different loans available which made me feel like I got all the information out there that was available to me.
