We have been working with guaranteed for the last 4 months or so and can not recommend them enough. They gave personal service in the beginning to get us set up and went above & beyond for us. You could tell they cared about the client. I had tried another company previously and so glad I switched to guaranteed pest control!
They are always on time! Very courteous and their service and an technicians are stellar! Been in our house for 1 1/2 and we have not seen any scorpions in our house and very minimal out side! This is all because of Guaranteed Pest Control! I highly recommend them for your pest control solutions!! Hands down best pest control company in town!!
We have been using Guaranteed Pest Control for about 4 1/2 years now. We live very close to open desert. That means scorpions & spiders abound! We have never seen a scorpion outside or inside & we are paranoid so my husband goes out with a black light to check. I have not seen one spider or bug or cockroach in my house! I kid you not! The team is very professional & accommodating. We are retired & are on the go a lot & they are always willing to adjust our schedule & get us taken care of. Trey & Amber & Tyler are the BEST!
We contacted Guaranteed Pest Control when we first moved to Mesa, based on reviews we read on other sites . Being from Ohio I was scared to deal with scorpions. Trey and his crew are awesome. Patient when I ask questions, know the answers, and also are flexible with our crazy schedule. They are courteous and professional and keep the scary bugs away! If we have had issues they are quick to reply and come out and access the situation and deal accordingly. I would recommend Guaranteed Pest Control to anyone.
Trey was very easy to talk to. He spent lots of time explaining the details of the treatment to us. Really made us feel comfortable with our decision. We felt like he was very honest with us up front about the cost & reasoning behind it. The technician was on time & also easy to work with. We would recommend them again for sure.
Love the guaranteed pest control team!! Not only are they always on time and do a great job with pest control, but their communication is THE BEST! The reminder emails and text messages are perfect me for and they make it so easy to reschedule. Highly recommend!
