I was very disappointed by the fact that all of the sandwiches were already premade and displayed on the counter instead of having the wonderful experience of a new sandwich made right in front of me as a regular deli normally would. Also, it was incredibly disappointing to receive a triangle half a square sandwich for $18 instead of the whole sandwich. The atmosphere is great for families and groups, very kids frendly. For my taste is not the most autentic Italian food but it is good enouth and it is easy for me that have 2 small kids
