San Antonio's ONLY Mexico City Kitchen - The MEX without the TEX. All our dishes are cooked in water, there is no lard, no grease no starches or flour in any of our sauces or soups. Instead we cook everything daily from SCRATCH, using only the freshest vegetables, meats, fish and a large variety of chiles. Chile is what gives our unique dishes their individual flavors. The quality of the food and service always exceeds expectations. I live in GA, and I had such a good experience in this restaurant at my first time there, that I always make it a point to come back and visit whenever I'm in town. Thank you, everyone for always delivering your absolute best!
