Received a sympathy arrangement from my husbands employer . Withing 12 hrs, the small roses were withered and brown and all the purple flowers had fallen off. I called the company 4 times and was given the run around asking for a replacement. I sent pictures. I am a supporter of small businesses but this arrangement is old and garbage. I'm sure it was over $100. This is a total rip off. Currently it smells bad and just touching it and the flowers fall off. Garbage.
Owner went above and beyond to make me a personal bouquet.
