I'm from Waco and this restaurant is the closest place to authentic tate of real Mexican food very gogood hot sauce is wonderful.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The Molcajete and the Pazole are my favorites. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Went here for the first time on Saturday because of positive reviews. This place is special. Great food, great service, the best hot sauce I've in a long time, cold beer and ridiculously low prices. How about a child's plate of enchilada, rice and beans for $3.00 or a combo plate of enchilada, relleno and guacamole tostada for $6.95? Guadalajara will be my "go to" place for authentic and excellent Mexican food.
