Totally unacceptable service! – I ordered a large chicken burrito and received something stuffed with maybe two little pieces of chicken and a ton of peppers & onions. I did not eat this. I asked for a replacement which was ok, but the hostess accused me of eating both and charged me for both! Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant – I ate at this restaurant with two others all of us got extremely ill from the first bite of food and did not eat another bite.. The worst!!! I do not recommend you visit this establishment.

The best kept secret in Mexican cooking in Tampa Bay. – Being born in San Antonio, Texas and of Cajun parents, with a great uncle who was a Mexican and lived in Baton Rouge, it is just a tradition to eat good Mexican cuisine. Guadalajara's is the real deal. I could not believe they actually make authentic Mexican food. The salsa is always fresh and picas the right amount. Dollar value is more than reasonable. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is cooked the way abuela use to make.
