This is my steady place to go if I am hungry for some Mexican food. They have amazing staff in here and they always make sure that their customers are pleased.
A PIECE OF MEXICAN HEAVEN!!!! – The food was great the staff very friendly...my husband and I couldn't decide what we wanted, and the staff came over, and helped one of the ladies instantly picked up on my husbands accent and started speaking Spanish..it was very inviting..I would definitely go back..THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE EVER EATEN....
Best Mexican I've had since Mexico!!! – I've driven by this restaurant millions of times, but never tried it until today when my pregnancy cravings kicked in. Great Mexican Food! – Staff is great. Food is even better. Prices are reasonable. I have been visiting this establishment for about 8 years and we have never had a bad experience. I would recommend this Mexican food over any other in the Tampa Bay area.
DISAGREE WITH ALL THE OWNERSS REVIEWS BELOW – The family who owns this dump has obviously forgotten how to maintain a decent resturant. Staff is HORRIBLE! they are rude and slow and talk down to you if you dont know how to pronounce a dish. THE PLACE IS FILTHY!! THERE WAS A COCKAROACH CRAWLIING ON MY TABLE!!! I would never recommend this horribly dirty "resturant" to ANYONE! the food was cold, the staff was rude, over priced and the place is not up to par by any means.

Totally unacceptable service! – I ordered a large chicken burrito and received something stuffed with maybe two little pieces of chicken and a ton of peppers & onions. I did not eat this. I asked for a replacement which was ok, but the hostess accused me of eating both and charged me for both! The best of the best – I have to disagree with the people on this page that say Guadalajara Mexican Res is anything but the best MEXICAN FOOD... I come from a long line of Mexican heritage, & I can easily say YES YES YES & YES to the food here..
