Have been renting from GTWO properties for a year and a half. The move in was great and Sharon was awesome from day one. I can’t speak enough on how great the maintenance is. I always tell them it’s not urgent but they still make it urgent. They use subs for a lot of their work and it’s still top notch. Thank you for making our experience amazing. Hard to believe some of the negative reviews. You have to take them with a grain of salt. Maybe the problem is not the management company but maybe the person leaving the review.
I rented a place from there Management about 7-8 years ago I just tried to rent from them again and somehow the place was rented right from under me...ALL IS WELL, I guess it wasn't meant to be

My husband and I rented a unit through Gtwo for 2023-2024 and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. They actually care about tenants and are always prompt to respond. They even sent us a list of things to do to make sure we got our full deposit back. Sharon and Hank were both super nice and helpful! Very happy and would recommend renting through them or having them manage your property!
