DIYers DON'T BOTHER. I stopped by the store and was told to send an email. I sent an email, but had VERY BAD response times to my order. As a DIYer, I wasn't in a hurry, so I let some of the timing slip. I emailed over and over with no confirmation from the sales rep. He even went on vacation and looped in others, yet no response.
