Rental property had rats and termites. We had to throw a lot of furniture/belongings away. The owner of the house and Gteam rentals refused to make it right.
My husband and I rented a property from Ken and are so disappointed by the experience. When we met him we got the impression that they took good care of their properties and were responsive to tenants. 15 months later when we moved out, not only were issues we raised at move in still not fixed, they took $600 out of our deposit after we had the house professionally cleaned. We were charged almost $200 to replace 2 lightbulbs! What a racket. Don’t rent from these scammers!
