RecommendedI have worked with GTE several times. As Tony the Tiger and also as a B/A for some sprint events. Jasmine ( not there now) was awesome to work with and was paid in a timely manner. I have also worked with Shelby, Danny, Becky, Cole & Francisco or whatever his name is. They paid me in a timely manner and I would love to work with them again. Worked in the Pacific Northwest. Thank you. Always fun.
Unprofessional company and would not recommend! Rarely pay mileage for events. They don't have a portal to report or track events. Rely on emails and texts and get ignored or not responded to. They will book you for an event and then book another person without telling you, due to miscommunication or whatever excuse they can make. High turnover in recruiters, all they want is a warm body. No loyalty to reps.
I worked for GTE for one days work,for a sprint event. Like anyone else I expected to be paid for the hours I had worked... not the case here at all! I even spoke closely to the event coordinator the following WEEKS after I was informed by him that I would be receiving my compensation for the time I spent doing the job I agreed to, for what I thought was the advertised payment. HOW DO I RECEIVE HELP? I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO THE MANAGER I WAS TO REPORT TO.. to no response.

This a great company to work with, and offers an easy way to earn some quick, extra cash too. I've worked several event's for them, and enjoyed everyone.
I’m only speaking for the San Francisco market. But they tend to offer significantly lower rates than other agencies. It’s incredibly annoying to get multiple calls soliciting me to work for 16 an hour (1099) when you live in the bay area. However, they are perfect if you have limited experience.
I really enjoy working with you guys and helping you reach other people. Great times here in Iowa
