As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the quality and price of service as well as the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Hands down the best experience I've had with a shop in the area. The shop did a carbon cleaning service on my '11 BMW 335is and it made a huge difference. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend the shop to anyone else.
So, I went to Tire Stop in Tyson's Corner and they mucked up my alignment. Sean, one of the owners at GT Peace Automotive, was able to get me in the same day and Scott (the awesome mechanic) was able to get the alignment just right. He also found that my rear shocks needed replacing! And, I appreciate Scott taking the time to really explain things to me. GT Peace has to be the best shop in the area. Independently owned, detail oriented, honest pricing and able to work on a wide range of cars and issues. If you're looking for a new auto-shop in the NoVA area definitely worth checking out.
This company is terrific. Shaun and Freddy at the front desk and phone are friendly and professional. They found that a repair another company made had failed and alerted me that the company had a warranty on their repair work and took it over to that company to have them correct the issue. Good stuff.
Great place to hang out! Kind staff members and technicians! Got new tires mounted and balanced. Perfect, no scratches on wheels. Custom alignment is on point!
