While GT Independence has some excellent employees in CT, they are fighting a losing battle against a system that is grossly incompetent. I am in charge of 6 caregivers for my son. Our caregivers are excellent, hard-working people who go out of their way to make my severely handicapped son’s life as comfortable as possible. They need to be paid. I would like to give a s/o to customer service rep Dawn Barks it is not to many that goes the extra the extra mile whether it be explaining, or help fix a situation. I wish she had a clone but then that wouldn't make her unique.
