Very very disappointed. This used be a place I took my out of town guests. After today, I doubt we’ll be back. I called when we were 5 min away and told there was seating we were there in 5 min and there was no seating. First was told 15 - 20 min wait, it was over an hour. The wait staff was not well trained, very slow and scattered. My bread on my sandwich and my guests sandwich was stale/dry. Seriously, it was terrible. I am sad to see that this isn’t was it used to be, there are so many better choices

Yesterday we ordered a double afternoon tea. It was not doubled . Everything except the sweet. We got the same ant if sweets as in a single. And the same amount of fruit. Only the scones and sandwiches were doubled 😕and the price
