Friendly and courteous with good food and drink
I really like all the varieties of beer Grumpy Troll has. Their cheese curds are delicious. Staff is really nice. Nice place to visit on Madison runs.

Pizza was great as well as the staff!!
Busy Saturday during lunch, but didn't have to wait long. Went upstairs to wait for our table where we were quickly served at the bar. The sights and smells of pizza almost convinced us to forego waiting for a table and the full menu, but a couple of minutes after receiving our drinks, our table was ready. Great food and friendly, prompt wait staff. Recommend the gigantic, hot, soft pretzel . . . so good!
My food was great, though my friend's was cold. The waitress didn't come and ask how everything was. Wasn't impressed with her.
Food was super, and despite the name, the service was playful and fast.
