Michelle is the best PERIOD
I really really want to like Grubbs. It is small, local and I can walk or ride my bike for drop off and pick up. But, unless you stay and wait for the prescriptions to be fill, it takes sometimes DAYS. They don’t fill in order of receipt of order. Today around 1:30, my dr called to tell me scripts had been called in. When I arrived at 5, they had NOT even been started. There was no one in the lobby so I am not sure WHY.
Grugg's is a perfect example of our failed health care system. I have never seen a more horrific example than the VA system. I have been in DC and around since 1979. Gruggs is hard to connect with and bad when you do connect. And to boot they are closed from noon to one when most of their customers can pick up their needed prescriptions. Enough said.
Grubbs is a horrible pharmacy!!! They missed the mark regarding my medication too many times to count. Just be smart and deal with CVS Pharmacy....Worst customer service too!
In this place does nothing but price gouge. Freedom Pharmacy has the same meds for fertility at almost half the price. Grubb's pharmacy won't even price match to keep business because they don't care. If you make the mistak of paying for meds they take 3 Days To refund your money once they've taken it. Do not use them unless your life depends on it and I would still second-guess that.
They are the worst all they care about is money one of their most respected employees broke hipaa law and they did nothing about it i know i used to work there.#don't go cvs wallgreens anything but them trust me.#her name india mack.
