Revision. My other review doesn't allow an edit or update. The owner of Growsource went above and beyond to make my negative interaction with his employee into a positive outcome. I have already returned there to purchase their product several times. It is highly apparent he cares very deeply about how his customers are treated. His product is top notch for both the gravel and beauty bark I have purchased there.
My family has been there 3 times this summer. The bald headed guy is never pleasant and makes you wait, but OK. Not tonight. I arrive and he is chatting it up with an older couple about all their products and showing them the products sheet and explaining everything to them. I wait patiently, then the older couple steps away. So the bald guy goes back inside and rings up my purchase and takes my money and I go back to my truck and drive to where I need to be.
