I called today to schedule an appointment for a free estimate to treat my trees. The salesman was not only rude but extremely condescending. I would never, ever, ever use this company.If that’s the way they treat potential customers, their sales staff is in need of some serious customer service training !!!! ������
Beautiful lawn last season with virtually no weeds, to the weed farm this season, very disappointed. I was very proud and satisfied with my lawn, now I have the worse lawn in the neighborhood, looks as though it was never treated. I will have to completely start over.
Have been with them now for a year. They do services on my lake home at Lake Tillery. Found out today when wanting to renew service for 2017 that they are withdrawing from this area for 2017. This leaves many home owners in Montgomery and Stanley county having to seek out lawn service for upcoming season. Very poor way of communicating with customer. Live in Greensboro Area, and would not recommend them to anyone in this area which I have done in the past.
