Wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door! This was our second visit at Growing Smiles. The front desk staff was so kind and friendly to myself and my 2 year old daughter. The hygienist went above and beyond to make her comfortable, such as signing songs, showing her the equipment and letting her get comfortable with them before they were used to clean her teeth. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Extremely rude and racist staff members. Called to get my son scheduled for an emergency appointment because he is in pain. After spending 10 min asking about nothing but money and insurance questions (in which she didn’t even ask what he needed to be seen for yet) I am told they don’t accept his current insurance (which I called to get changed and it will be in effect as of Thurs December 1st) so I confirmed AGAIN that I was willing to pay out of pocket … See more
Awful experience! My daughter has anxiety & today when she needed a filling she was super anxious & SO nervous. I asked if I could go in with her & they basically said ‘no’. I knew something would be going wrong & it did. She came out with her eyes bawling . My almost 2 year old had his first appointment today and we love this place already!! As soon as I walked in the receptionist was so nice and welcoming. Every single staff member I encountered was so nice! I highly recommend this place
