All the staff at Growing Smiles are fantastic!!! Both of my boys love going there!! They can even get my active 2 yr old to sit still for a cleaning and that on its own is amazing!!!

Dr. Penland treats you like family. He's thorough and conservative with his treatment. He is interested in what is best for the child and their long term dental health. Hickory is blessed to have such a caring doctor and fantastic staff caring for the children in this community's dental health needs!
Great place! My daughter used to be afraid to go to the dentist until I found this place!! Love it here! The staff here are good with kids and it is a well maintained place!

My kids LOVE to go to the dentist!! They are always so excited. The staff are very knowledgable and polite. The dentists are wonderful with the children while taking extra time to always explain things to me. Also, which is very important to me, is that they have a schedule that is easy to work with both my children's school schedule as well as my work schedule. Thank you!!!!!
