We saw Dr. Kristin for my 19 mo old son who has a ton of issues with his teeth. She could not have been better keeping him calm while she examined his teeth. This is the second dentist my son has seen, and she was by far the most patient. She explained everything in detail for me and took the time to ensure I understood. The staff were wonderful as well and very friendly. The office itself is immaculate with great toys for the kids. I had a hard time getting my kids to leave! My son saw Dr. Kristen and Ms. Glenda and they were engaging, age-appropriate, and able to explain everything that they were doing in such a way that he not only understood but was interested. I personally found Dr. Kristen to be warm and upbeat. She explained everything to me, gave me options and guidance without any pressure. I thought she was an outstanding dentist.
From the first steps in the door with my cautious little 22 month old, I knew I made the right decision to go out of network and pay more for the best experience for her first dentist visit. Everyone there has a VERY enthusiastic and patient attitude. They waiting room is a real play wonderland. Dr. Rena is an angel. The whole place is a dream: TV above the exam chair with Elmo, stuffed animal with teeth to brush, and plenty of toys and stickers for the road! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
Both of my kids have had a great experience at Growing Smiles, and my wife and I are very pleased.
The staff was wonderful and helpful and Dr. Kristen is wonderful! I was very skeptical to take a 13 month old to the dentist but it was such a positive experience.
They are really nice! (Rachel, age 11) I was impressed with our experience at Growing Smiles. We were able to get an appointment on short notice. The staff, hygentist and Dr. Kristin were all very kind to my daughter. LaToya and Dr. Kristin took time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. They made Rachel's experience pleasant.
My boys had a wonderful enjoyable dental experience. No stress, no fear, everyone was terrific.
