My husband and I were so impressed with the kindness and professionalism with the staff. It is so important to us that the front desk staff of any office is just as great as who you are going to see for your appointment...They made the experience for our son fun and memorable. Experience was great. My daughters had the best time and everyone was fabulous.
Everything was great! It was my son's first visit to the dentist and it could not have gone better! I really expected it to be a disaster. But the staff and dentist made it a wonderful experience. The only thing I would suggest would be to close the door to the room with a patient who has a gas mask on. It just looked scary when I walked by and I didn't want to risk it scaring my son. Luckily he didn't see it.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. The staff was terrific with my child and the design of the office is clearly done with children in mind. I thought this was going to be a stressful experience and it wasn't at all. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the pricing quite high.
Dr Elliott and her staff were absolutely wonderful as usual. Very professional, patient, and thorough.
Dr Reena and her staff were excellent with Charlie.
Staff is well organized, very knowledgable. The doctors are amazing with the kids, thorough, and most importantly to me, on top of things with not being too aggressive with treatment.
My 18mth old daughter had fallen and broke a significant part of her front tooth. When we arrive at out appointment everyone frorm Dr. Kristin to the nurse to the receptionist was excellent! It was a 2 hr appt with my 3 yr old son in tow and all welcomed and very patient! With much surprise Dr, Kristin made a follow up call the next evening to see how my daughter was feeling and provided a few other options. We received a lot of time and exceptional care! For me that's a Doctor and practice you keep!
