My wife and I brought our 3 children in, and we were amazed at how patient the staff was with our family. One of our kids was great while two were pretty scared to go in. The team really did a great job in connecting with our kids to make them feel comfortable - would recommend to anyone who thinks their kids are nervous/scared about going to the dentist.
My son and I had a great appointment. He was very relaxed and not pushed into doing anything he didn't want to. The TVs sure do help too!
We absolutely love Growing Smiles! My son unexpectedly had some cavities that needed to be filled and they were just wonderful throughout the process - he left with no fear of the dentist and a renewed interest in keeping his teeth clean and healthy. Everyone in the office - from the receptionist to the assistants to the dentists - is so kind and really knows how to speak to children. We've seen 3 other dentists in the past and none compared!
My 5-yr-old daughter actually likes going to the dentist now. The hygienists are so nice and patient with her and she gets a sticker and prize when she leaves, plus she gets to brush the stuffed animal's teeth. I love the dentist; I was concerned about my daughter's teeth grinding and snoring and she referred me to an ear/nose/throat doc and discussed the current research with me instead of dismissing the teeth grinding saying she'll grow out of it as other dentists have done. Dr Kristin just has such a special way with her little patients! She also makes this mom confident that my little girl's pearly whites are well looked after!
Dr. Shah and staff are super with kids. You really can't miss here...the treatment is top notch and the kids literally love it. There's no stress whatsoever and about five months after a visit they start asking, 'When are we going to see Dr. Shah?' This is a great practice!
This was my daughter's first appointment and it went great. Great office, including little toilet in the bathroom, wonderful staff, and Dr Reena was just amazing. The little songs while cleaning teeth were really something :). My daughter actually wants to go to the dentist again :).
My son had a cavity and I had to bring along my 3 year old son to the appointment. Dr. Reena is so gentile, kind and patient. The staff is amazing and helped keep my 3 year old "occupied" while I sat with my son during his procedure. We have since moved from city but drove 40 miles back into the city because of the exceptional treatment we receive from growing smiles! What a great staff, they are a fabulous team!!
We had a great visit today with my 5 & 7 year old sons. The staff is wonderful. And Dr. Reena really has a way of connecting with children. Would highly recommend!
