Tyler and Dr. Kristin Elliott were wonderful as always!
The staff is wonderful, and so patient with my sometimes-difficult 2.5 year old. Dr. Kristen is a pro and has the best attitude, and is very helpful with suggestions and advice. We never felt rushed and everyone in the office contributed to us having a great experience. We'll keep coming back for sure!
We couldn't be more impressed with the level of patience, creativity, and level of care we've been given at this office thus far. As a dental hygienist, I pay attention to those details, as well as quality dental technology and products used. Thanks for giving my kids excellent care and raising the pediatric dental bar in Chicago! :)
I took my son for his first dental appointment ever today. I was really dreading it because I didn't know what his reaction would be. From the moment we walked in the door, there were fun distractions for him. He did really well during the appointment and all the fun little prizes and nice staff really seemed to make the difference. Dr. Kristin was very sweet, as was our hygienist. I will not be dreading our next visit :)
My 2.5 year old came in today for her first visit and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The staff was so friendly and warm and made her feel comfortable. She was sad when we had to leave and wants to go back again!
Our girls love to go to Dr. Kristen- they actually look forward to it! I think that pretty much says how awesome she is with kids. She is patient, kind, energetic, calming and happy all the while carefully tending to kids teeth. My youngest did not want anything to do with going to the dentist at age 4 - she was a mess. Dr. Kristen helped her through it, made it quick, fun and easy - followed by a trip to the treat tower. All was better!
We love Growing Smiles! The entire staff is super nice, respectful of our time, and wonderful at communicating important information. We've been seeing Dr. Reena for many years, and she is absolutely the best! Great bedside manner, smart, warm, and such a good dentist. She takes a genuine interest in the whole child, not just his teeth!
I can't say enough nice things about Growing Smiles' staff, particularly Dr. Kristin. They are all warm, and reassuring to both the children and their parents. The office is inviting and well-equipped with child-size chairs, bathrooms and a play space where the stuffed animals have teeth! The treatment rooms have many kid-approved flavors of flouride/toothpaste to choose from, there's an overhead tv equipped w/ headphones and tons of shows for kids (I've never heard my daughter ask for a show they didn't have readily availab... read more
