My 4 year old niece stuck a necklace clasp in between her front teeth and got it stuck. They took us as walk in patients and got it right out. No screams, no tears(unlike the murder screams she did when I tried to take it out) Great office and great staff!
I wish I could give Growing Smiles more than 5 stars! The office staff, hygienists, and Dentist went above and beyond for my family today. My little boy had some tooth/tongue damage resulting from a fall at the park and Growing Smiles got him in right away and took excellent care of him. This is a wonderful practice filled with extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable people.
Very happy with the staff and the entire appointment. They were great with my little boy even though he wasn't too happy.
I wish the staff could have a little bit better bed side manner. My daughter is 13 and has told me in the past she really hates going so today I went back with her and I see why she doesn't like it. The dentist made her feel bad about herself. There's a way to do things in a positive way. The asst was gasping at my daughters teeth. Then mentioned that my daughter needs dandruff shampoo. I thought they did teeth? The doctor kept trying to push the gas even though my daughter said she doesn't like the feeling she gets from it.
