My boy had severe anxiety from bad experience from a different dentist. He had a rough first visit with the Richmond office but the hygienist and dentist dealt with him very well. After visiting two times at the Richmond office, he is now anxiety free! He actually enjoys visiting them and getting his teeth cleaned. I highly recommend this office!!
The Dentist had no patiences for my 4 year old. He was scared and upset. She held him very stern on his neck and told him to calm down! That only upset him more. She stopped everything and told him he was bad! You are bad and you don't get a prize now. Those were her exact words. As a pediatric dentist you should be patient and it's not there position to grab my son by the neck and call him bad. He was scared! Everything about the experience was phenomenal! But most importantly, they made our boy feel at ease. He didn’t get scared at all. It was actually amazing how easy the entire staff made our boy’s first dental visit. I am certain that we won’t ever have a problem getting him back to this dental office!
We have been there now two times and the children all love it never walk out crying always smiles they did amazing with my special needs son and my daughter's anxiety see ya again in 6 months
