The therapist I was assigned to, Cynthia White, had terrible connection issues. I had two sessions. The first was ok. After we connected then reconnected. The second one lasted 5 minutes of “issues” on her end. Ended with “reschedule online “. I was charged for that session but never got an actual session!! Furthermore, the notes she attached to my visit weren’t even for me! The issues talked about in the notes, weren’t even close to what I was even seeing a therapist for. This lady is a fraud.
