The only good thing about Grow Therapy is the Therapist I have. You CANNOT get through to billing or send a message. The website is designed for you to give up after trying to send a message for 30 minutes and failing. They are double dipping and charging me and getting the 20% from my Supplemental Insurance. My Therapist says I have to speak to them (rightfully so), and I cannot contact anyone!!! I give the therapist 5 stars and they get 2 stars

I ended up being extremely disappointed after I thought was going to be a great experience. I was billed outside of my insurance (a $50 in-person appointment fee!) and then the provider told me she suddenly wasn't in my insurance network despite being a verified provider. This company needs to "Grow" some ethics.

I scheduled care through Grow Therapy after being told in writing that my cost would be a $40 copay after benefit verification. I relied on that and proceeded. I was later charged over $230. The explanation given was deductible-related, but that distinction was not clearly communicated upfront. A $40 estimate that turns into $230 is not a small difference, and patients deserve clearer financial transparency before agreeing to care - that's the law.
