Do not use Grow Property Management! My daughter and her four friends rented a place that this company managed for the nicest owners. Joe White was abusive and mostly unresponsive to the repair requests. When it came time to move out, he tried to overcharge us for normal wear and tear items and even fabricated some repairs that were clearly not required, like replacement of blinds, damage to walls, etc when the photos that he provided showed no such damage at all.
