They worked with me and have such a friendly staff answering the phones! My lawn has never looked better than it did last year I can't wait for them to start up again is year.
*****ATTENION CONSUMERS***** We prepaid Grow it Green this season as a first time “and last time” customer. Our lawn is burned to a crisp!!! We even have a sprinkler system that we ran most of the summer with a water bill to prove. They had every excuse in the book and even advised us to have corrective services done by them that contradict what they advise not to do on their own web site during certain times of the year. This is one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with a lawn service!!! Unprofessional, unreliable and when they do treat your grass, it either looks like they burned it or they did NOTHING!!! They definitely need to take a class for customer service, which they lack! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This whole experience has been a nightmare, wish I and went with another company from the start!
GROW IT GREEN is the best lawn care company i ever had. My lawn was a mess, I had brown spots and tons of weeds now my lawn is the best one on the block. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Awful customer service..we used this companies services for one summer...and after the last treatment of the year my front lawn was completely dead... I could not get this company to come out and meet w/ me face to face to discuss the problem they simply left a note on my door that said i had a bug infestation however I had several other companies look at it and was told a totally different issue was the problem...using Grow It Green cost me dearly as I had to have new sod installed to my front lawn....I would NEVER recommen... read more
So friend, when they mail you out a quote for lawn fertilizing and then you pay it and then they say "oops, your lawn is bigger than we thought, it's going to cost about twice as much", do not be surprised. Advice in a word; avoid.
Watch out for their shady business practice of "Continued Service Unless You Cancel". Doing business with this company one year to them means you have to pay next year and the following year too. A repugnant policy in every way. This is a policy they have clearly employed to take advantage of the widows and the unfortunate for $30 a shot.
