An Amazing Company with nice employees. Always friendly to me. My Lawn has looked amazing for the 3 years I've had there service.
I.would.not.recomend.this.company....,,..they.come.out.and.donot.do.the.whole.yard....ask.to.speak..,,,,,.to.supervisor.but.never.came.out.or.called.me.......sent.some.one.out.to.do.fall.app.missed.half.yard.and.when.i.confronted.him.he.got.in.truck.peel.out...,glad.i.was.home.,,,
BEWARE!!!! Contracted with them to do two lawns this year. First clue should have been when they swung the gates open as hard as they could, knocked the downspout off and left it in pieces with the gate wide open. In July they burned both lawns, left large totally ruined areas and brown circles on the rest. "We'll come out and see if we did it" (what a laugh). I used them the first time last year........I prepaid for the whole year at once and I was not impressed with their service. My lawn did not change or improve at all. As the matter of fact it got worst. I was looking for another company to service my lawn and I start receiving bills for service that was done. I ignorded them since I did not hire them again, they renewed my contract and reported a non payment to the credit bureau. CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS LAWN SERVICE!!!! If you value a green, plush lawn then look else where. They completely fried my lawn to the point of no return. When I called to complain they told me I had a fungus (which according to 3 other lawn services) I do not have. When I called to cancel my services Sue got loud with me, saying I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm heartbroken.. My beautiful lawn is completely ruined. It's so bad that I have to replace my lawn next spring.
Ive been with this company for 20 years and each year I get mailed out two letters before any service is done letting me know when they will be out so my spring clean up is complete! My lawn has always been looking great as well! very happy customer from Dearborn.
BEWARE .... They automatically renewed their services this year without any communication at all. I CHOSE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY BURNT MY GRASS.
GROW IT GREEN HAS A VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE...I STARTED SERVICE IN 2013 AND SAW MUCH IMPROVMENT WITH MY LAWN...THERE PROGRAM IS SET UP TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY WEED ISSUES I HAD PREVIOUSLY...
Grow it Green has been our lawn company for over 15 years and we love their service, office staff and attention to detail. If there is ever a concern, a manager comes out to analyze the problem and make recommendations. We are loyal, happy customers!
