I informed Dr. Downs’ office in advance that I needed to cancel my appointment and left a voicemail a day prior. I also called multiple times but received no response. Despite this, they continue to send me an $80 no-show bill. Last week, The receptionist, Trisha, told me that she would reverse the charge and ensure my records were removed from the system, but nothing has been done. I have Dr. Smirnov for maternity care and she, along with the rest of the incredible staff at Grow Health, has been wonderful! Always makes me feel welcomed, heard, and supported. They are very quick to follow up on results, extremely thorough, takes the time to answer my questions, and just overall awesome. I’ll be sad for the day we have to leave!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience at grow with Dr Power + Mcgregor (the dream team) and her residents for maternity care. We just had our last visit today and I miss them already. I felt so supported and heard throughout my time at Grow. The front desk team + nurses/ lactation consultants are also fabulous.
Amazing clinic full of kind, caring people. I have felt so cared for during my first pregnancy and can't recommend enough. Thank you grow health
