Anytime I need help I get great help from Paul at Grovers he has helped me fix several things and I am so grateful. Sink drain is now fixed Paul and I did it all by myself!!! Thanks again!!!
Until today they provided good service. Today we bought a (poorly made) part that went bad immediately and they would not take it back or exchange it. Very disappointed and can no longer recommend them. And in order to have my return refused, I had to take a number for customer service and wait for a long time. That's NOT customer service.
