Rude staff. Man at the counter was a smart-ass and was not helpful. Called 4 times no answer. Needed a quick question answered is all. Ended up calling the Nampa location. Answered my question in 15seconds
Beware - you need to be certain that with ANY purchase you have the box opened and all parts accounted for. Why? Because they will accuse you of lying (or stealing) and refuse to refund you money. I know from personal experience. I made the assumption that when I asked for and item, thatI was getting what I asked for and they knew but did not sell me the parts necessary and I drove back and forth 3 different times Plus the part they finally sold me to "make it work" broke. So NO faucet, accused of lying and NO refund.
