TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY - NO PRIVACY POLICY I use to make Grover's my first stop for plumbing supplies, now they will be my last. October 2010, the company required my physical address in order to do a simple return. They refused to accept my PO Box mailing address when offered instead. The sales associate could not tell me why they needed my physical address and could not tell me how they plan to protect my private information once entered into their computer. Rude staff. Man at the counter was a smart-ass and was not helpful. Called 4 times no answer. Needed a quick question answered is all. Ended up calling the Nampa location. Answered my question in 15seconds
