Dr. Grover is a very thorough optometrist and always provides me with good service. His wife, Kat on the other hand is totally crazy. I was very happy with my past experience's so I in turn referred multiple people to his office. It is a shame that such a good doctor would have that rude ofReceptionist on the front end of his business! He must not realize how damaging the crazy Kat lady is to his business. I know all the people I have referred have left him due to Kat's rudeness.
If I could give them -5 stars I would!!!! The most rudest people I've ever met!! Told me not to come back and that I have to find another eye doctor because I decided to order my contacts from 1800contacts for a better price! Then hung up in my face!! Don't ever go to this place!!!
I've never had a worse experience than here. The receptionist, his wife, will make your visit as uncomfortable as possible. It was very chaotic and I've never seen someone with a shorter fuse. Lost patients that have been visiting this office since before they even ran it. It's a shame, because Dr. Grover himself is quite nice, but he can't do all the work by himself.
I got the best full eye exam from Dr. Grover above any other in my lifetime.Thank you Dr. Grover.His Receptionist however was as RUDE as i have NEVER come across in my lifetime. I am 60 years old and several times she lashed at me with her words and made me feel uncomfortable and that i was disrupting her day by being a customer.My family members also go there and when i told them of my experience they were very upset that I was treated that way by staff.
Dr Grover is personal and professional. He is a very knowledgeable optometrist and is very caring of peoples needs.
Dr Grover himself if personable and friendly. He does push Lasic eye surgery, which, shocker, he does himself. His pricing on contacts, however, is significantly more than you can get online. For that reason I attempted to get my rx for my contacts. His receptionist was notably irritated and extremely rude to me during the process. i was given the incorrect rx and when the site contacted the office, his office carelessly confirmed the incorrect rx!!! I will never return. Ever.
