Why hire a pro? Because we know plumbing. For example, the cement used for CPVC pipe fittings can be affected by rain and high humidity levels, which is why we make sure the cement is fully set before water enters the system.

By investing in proper fixtures and materials, you do not have to worry about post-construction upgrades or repairs because of low water pressure, poorly operating toilets, or leaks around fixtures.

Imagine a broken pipe that floods the basement, followed by another failure underground that requires trenching to access and then a pipe leak inside one of the walls of your home. Those are the types of issues polybutylene pipes can cause. If your home’s plumbing system was installed between 1978 and 1995 and you don’t know what type of piping was used, an inspection by a plumbing expert is a necessity.
