I feel like the staff takes advantage of my disabled status. I was sold- a hard sell too- and insurance policy that charged me $400 to have my teeth cleaned twice which would have been far less expensive had I just paid to have my teeth cleaned twice. Please don't put a hard sell on a patient while they're in the chair and kind of helpless. It has taken me months to recover from a $400 fee. I do thank them for trying to be of service. A dentist visit is no longer met with dread. The staff at Grove Park Dental Group are warm and welcoming. Procedures are thoroughly explained to me along the way, and I'm given any updated dental and health information, as well. I have enjoyed getting to know the group. Just opening the door, I'm greeted cheerfully at every visit. I feel so fortunate to have become a patient at Grove Park Dental Group.
I always have a wonderful experience with everyone and my Dentist Mrs.Sellers she has a Beautiful staff and it's so enjoying when I come in to the atmosphere
I really felt as though I was taken advantage of. From the start, i was hit with bill after bill. I had been to the dentist maybea year and a half ago with a "possible cavitity" and now I'm being told I have 7 cavities? and I have to get a special cleaning that requires me to come back multiple times and costs event more money? Ok.
I love coming in for visits. Relax and cool vibes all around. The best!!!
