I absolutely LOVE this gym! Jared & Silvia take good care of their people! All the coaches are amazing and SOOOO helpful! Everyone part of Grove is like family to one other. They care about you and push you to do your best. I look forward to coming in and working out every day. Never thought I would be putting out this much grunt during a workout since the Marine Corps.. changed my body, my mind and gave me back that competitive mind set!! And putting up better scores than some peeps half my age!!! Love Crossfit and the team environment!
