Scandals apartment. If I can give it a zero, I would. Door only open to pay rent on the first but the rest of the month the door is locked from 9 to 4. People in the office ignoring knocking on the door and they admit that they do, because you need to make an appointment. Then they change what they say. Saying they never said or done that and they are just close on that day. If you have to live here I get it. Just know they change new management almost every couple months.
