RecommendedThe technician that performed my CT scan today, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not stressed about going into the machine but he explained everything that made me feel at ease. That was a very good experience but the woman who checked me in seemed very curt and short. I thought she was having an issue with me, but she might have been having a bad day. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I didn’t have to wait a long time. The only bad experience I had was that they told me checking in time was at 0700 hours, for my appointment scheduled at 0800 hours, but the building was closed when I arrived. Other than that Great Job
I have used Grove Diagnostic for many years, primarily the Haven office. I always make an appointment and they have always been on time. They treat you with respect and the techs are great! I highly recommend them!

Haven ace office is very nice, clean & the staff is patience and caring. The tech has been with the company 11 years, always a great visit.
My first time there and there was a slight problem with missing information. They took care of it and I still was seen and taken care of with my C-T scan.
Fast and efficient. Staff was professional and easy to deal with.
