RecommendedWait was a bit tragic but overall they treated me very well and seem to love their job and are very friendly.
I was early, as usual, to my imaging appointment. The paperwork I was asked to fill out was short and simple. I was called within 5 minutes after I submitted my paperwork. The x ray technician was professional and skilled. This was a pleasant experience for me.
Although my appointment started late due to the person ahead of me having a reaction , the staff was very accommodating , helpful, friendly and comforting. A MRI can be stressful and they explained everything that was going to happen and reassured me every step of the way . Great service and the hours they are open are surprising and accommodating .
It was clean and the staff was friendly. X-rays are walk in only. We waited 2 hours for maybe 2 minutes in the room. People came and left long after we were there. My 5 year old luckily didn’t lose too much patience... But the job got done. 🤷♀️
Employees were very professional and helpful.
Fast professional courteous and understanding service. ( I had MRI appointment) Although other patients did seem to be very vocal regarding 3 hour + waiting time for walk in service.
