They took me in even though they were getting ready to go to lunch.
My sons had to have an X-ray due to a pulled muscle in his leg and I was able to go to Grove Advanced Imaging in Rancho Cucamonga without an appointment. I also like the fact that there opened until 8:00pm on Friday’s. Also the X-ray technician did a great job and he made my son feel very comfortable.
while I had a good experience with the actual x-ray staff, the receptionist were so rude, one was unknowledgeable. after waiting 50 mins she tells me my medical group is not accepted at the facility and says I need to speak to my doctor. I go back to my doctor and they confirm they do accept my medical group, I return to Grove, but now there is a new receptionist who immediately sees they do accept my medical group and says she doesn't know what the other lady was looking at. totally wasted 2 1/2 hours of my day. Although there are long waits at time the staff does everything I can to go as quickly as possible.
I was in there not more than a half an hour and everything was done because I have an appointment the people really nice
