Randy him self is not a bad guy but his services are so horrible I paid $1700 for Permanent grout he has shored me they will not turn color sure enough 60 days later they turned black he’s horrible with returning phone calls
Randy regularly provides sub work on our GC projects around the Southland. He and his team are our first call on any hard stone, concrete or grout work. They have the experience tools and wherewithal to properly handle all of our projects. We have literally never had a problem with them and in fact found them about 10 years ago after our previous grout contractor really messed up a project and we needed someone to fix it. They did and the rest is history.
I had used Randy's company for two previous jobs in my houses in the past, so when my new house needed grout help, I immediately looked through my past records and found his number. DON'T BE FOOLED! – Don't be fooled by Randy's nice guy facade. He will promise you the moon, but then leave you hanging high and dry! He's a liar and once you pay him he will disappear and leave your job UNFINISHED! I hired him to clean and seal my tiles. He promised quality work and promised to personally supervise the job. HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE – Randy came to my house and appeared to be very knowledgeable about Saltillo tile. He told me he was going to remove the scratches in the floor and put down a urethane or solvent based finish and make the floors look like new. He told me the last guys probably used a milky, water based sealer, that was not appropriate for my use. Articulate and Helpful – The owner will give you his time and experience. Randy helped us with a garage slab that we had epoxy coated several years ago. The old coating was popping and pealing. Randy used a moisture test to determine that we needed a waterproof membrane. After he prepped the slab and applied the membrane, he applied a beautiful epoxy finish. We are very pleased and will use them when were ready to restore our limestone. Just call him and see what I mean.
Use someone else! – Randy was great at first..until we were not satisfied with the work he had done in our new home. All we requested was that he come to the house and take a look...he was a no show, broke two appointments and will not return our phone calls! We are very disappointed and recommend you call someone else!
Honest and Helpful – We spoke to Randy about a problem with our concrete slab. He spent 10 minutes with me to explain all my options. We didn't end up doing the concrete restoration, but I was impressed by his knowledge and patience. I would use him in the future.
Professional, Informed, Nice people! – I called and spoke with the owner on the first ring. Good start. He came out to my home and we discussed options for restoring a concrete slab in our family room. Randy was well versed on what we could do, and we decided to sand, stain and seal the concrete with a wet look urethane. Great look and very durable.
