I highly recommend Grout Matters, they did a fantastic job and we're very pleased with the outcome. We had them clean and color seal our kitchen and bathroom tile floors. There were quite a few cracked tiles they pointed out and repaired for us as well. They were very professional, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. No more dingy grout for us!
We had these folks out to repair some tiles / grout in our shower. The grout had been the only thing holding on the tiles for quite a while ( the glue had all disintegrated and was no longer adhering the tiles to the cement backing board). They were able to gently remove and re-adhesive the tiles without breaking any and did an awesome job re-grouting and sealing the shower. There was a bit of an issue with the caulk they did around the tub (maybe it was a bad batch of caulk or something) becoming discolored.. but they sent ... read more
Nice people, but I think some of the service is oversold on what it can do. They do steam clean the grout and can get the dirt out of most of it. On other parts they caulk the grout. That part doesn’t work worth a darn. The caulk doesn’t adhere to the grout at all, probably because it isn’t prepared correctly to stick. So I’d say that you get 75% of what they advertise. This group,was at my house for two days in a few different rooms. They cleaned, sealed, regrouted, etc…and did a fabulous job. We are very happy with their work and wished we would have done it years ago. Our surfaces look like new! Thank you!
