Great team — Alex C , Brandon R, and Diego were on time, polite.worked fast, and knew what they were doing. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions—finished in time and cleaned up after themselves. I don't believe the reviews reflect the level of service I experienced. I hired Groundworks to complete a custom basement waterproofing project that included an interior perimeter drainage system, foundation wall vapor barrier/wall wrap, a new sump pump system, and a discharge line. The total cost was approximately $15,000. Just two months after the installation, my basement flooded. The crew from Groundwork’s did a great job of leveling our front entry stairs. They worked efficiently and with great care. The crew was also very friendly and polite. We are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them for whatever foundation repair needs you may have.

Baird came out to give us an estimate. He was friendly approachable and very professional. He analyzed our problem and offered several solutions as well as a way to “test“ one of those solutions before we proceed with it. He did not pressure us to sign onto any of his options immediately.. It’s clear us that he is an honest very knowledgeableprofessional, who gives thoughtful solutions to a problem.
