I'll leave my original review in place but update. Been going here for years now. It's under new ownership and management. Still a great vibe and Professor Hammer is fantastic and wants to see his students get better - be better. We now have a few in house black belts. I'm still enjoying the friendship/family, getting exercise, and learning new techniques. Can't find the place. Was invited to a party and couldn't make it as we couldn't find it.
Wonderful instructor, Leslie. The heat for the yoga room was very good, and like that you have a shower in the change room. Friendly staff overall
