If u expect customer loyalty, truthfulness, and overall quality do not employ this company! I can't even begin to go into detail the amount of time, money, and truly distaste this company has caused my mother! When mark said i stand behind our products fully, and life time warranty he lied! He was paid fully twice to do my mothers flooring and sub floor, and is still a mess! He has lied repeatedly. Took advantage of my mother in law. Would never recommend them for any work! Complete review (see below comments) I waited almost 2 years before I decided to review in hopes Mark would make things right of this terrible situation but it never happened! They continued to ignore phones calls and avoid follow ups for many months!

I just got my flooring done and OMG I must say what a huge transformation. I went from carpet to laminated vynil. Floor looks amazing!!! The owner mark is so helpful he came to my house and gave me a great price I could not beat! I also got to take samples home with me to pick out! The three men who installed my flooring were so nice and professional, came to me first before doing something. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company great price and very professional! Thanks again ground fx!
My fiancé worked here for a year. Mark misclassified ALL his employees as contractors although they used his vehicle his tools his everything. So at the end of the year he gives a 10-99 so he can make more money and take out of his worked pockets. So hey mark, it will come back to bite you.
